We renovate houses, apartments and buildings both for private clients and for our own property portfolio.
From design and planning through licensing, construction and completion, we manage the process from start to finish — taking much of the complexity, uncertainty and day-to-day stress out of renovating property in Portugal.

We have been working in the Portuguese real estate since 2016, with experience ranging from major renovation projects in central Lisbon, including Ando Living – Fanqueiros House, to individual apartments and private homes.
